Walgreens Distribution Center

This project involved the replacement of over 400 wireless access points within a 1,000,000-square-foot Walgreens distribution facility. The scope also included the installation and integration of network switches, servers, and associated equipment, along with the connection and coordination of the facility’s fiber optic infrastructure. The work required managing a team of field technicians, coordinating system testing, and executing the project within an active, fully automated environment, including working around robotic operations and crane systems without disrupting facility operations.
